چکیده
This study investigated the effect of dietary supplementation with phytase on growth performance, fecal excretion, and compost nutrition broilers fed available phosphorus (avP)- calcium (Ca)-deficient diets. A total 750 one-day-old broiler chicks were randomly divided into five groups having ten replications in a floor house. Diets formulated positive control (PC), negative (NC; low avP Ca), NC supplemented levels; 500 (NC500), 1,000 (NC1000), 1,500 FTU/kg (NC1500). three-phase feeding program was used trial. Average daily gain (ADG) average feed intake (ADFI) diets significantly (p < 0.05) higher than those increase equivalent to PC. Serum levels Ca (P) NC1000 NC1500 NC. Interleukin (IL) level lowest group Plasma myo-inositol (INS) concentrations PC, NC, NC500 groups. Crude protein (CP) excretion notably lower PC concentration P2O5 observed from Accordingly, we suggest that diet can improve their productive performance reduce environmental pollution.

One possibility to measure the extra-phosphoric effect of exogenous phytase is to use a higher concentration of this enzyme in the diets not limiting in phosphorus, to be sure that any observed effect is not caused by an increase in phosphorus digestibility. However, it is important to know how the requirements of the bird relate to the phosphorus content of the basal diet, because when the bas...

This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of phytase superdoses alone or in combination with citric acid (CA) in canola meal-based diets severely limited in available phosphorus (Pa) on growth performance, plasma phosphorus (P), and tibia ash (TA) in broilers from 22 to 42 d of age. Two hundreds and eighty 21-d-old male broilers were used in 28 pens of 10 birds per each. The exper...
